Young America's Foundation is committed to preserving your trust and confidence. Your privacy is important to us and we want you to know what information we collect from you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information that is collected from this website.

We use software to analyze traffic on our site. The software "collects only anonymous data like IP addresses, browser types, referring pages, pages visited and time spent" on our website.

Your name, phone number, mailing address, e-mail address, credit card number, and other personal information are collected for conference registration purposes, purchases of books or posters, and/or our Campus E-Notes subscriber list as well as USPS mailing list, online forum participations and/or donations to Young America's Foundation. This data lets us process and fulfill your book and poster orders, registrations, subscriptions, donations and general requests.

Young America's Foundation does not spam. All e-mail communications are opt-in only. Campus E-Notes is an online e-mail newsletter for students, parents, supporters, concerned citizens, and teachers alike. All e-mail addresses are submitted to us either online or given to us via conferences, phone, and/or mail. If you didn't subscribe, it is possible a friend or family member subscribed for you. Security remains the primary concern of on-line supporters. All donation information you give us is confidential and can not be seen by others. All information sent is encrypted, protecting against disclosure to other parties.

Young America?s Foundation is a 501(C)(3) educational organization. Contributions to the Foundation are eligible for a tax deduction.

The Reagan Ranch Historical Trust is a project of Young America?s Foundation. The effort to preserve and protect Rancho del Cielo, the Western White House from 1981 until 1989, is the sole responsibility of Young America?s Foundation. Photos and quotations are used solely for historical and informational purposes and do not constitute, nor are they intended to imply, any endorsement by or affiliation with Ronald Reagan, Nancy Reagan, or any organization associated therewith.

To abide by the laws of certain states, Young America?s Foundation and other legitimate non-profit organizations are required to register with these states and include their statements in our letters and written communications. Our administrative and fundraising costs are increased, and a portion of your contributions is spent on complying with state, federal, and local regulations imposed on us by the various legislatures and government bureaucrats. We are sorry for this diversion of our scarce resources and your hard-earned contributions.

Contributions to Young America?s Foundation are tax deductible. A copy of its financial statement is available from its national office (110 Elden Street, Herndon, VA 20170) and from the Virginia State Division of Consumer Affairs upon request. Young America?s Foundation will provide you with receipts for any contributions, cash or property worth more than $250.
