Wendy Ellison Stephens

Sometime in the early 1960's, when I was around 11 years old, my mother had occasion to meet Mr. Reagan through a common political cause and to send some correspondence to him which included a loose page from my little autograph book. This gracious man of course returned my page to me with the following greeting: "Hi Wendy Best Regards Ronald Reagan". I framed this treasured bit of paper years ago, proudly hanging it in my home. As someone who has always been interested in historic preservation and a supporter of President Reagan, I was so excited several years ago to be invited to help in the preservation of the Reagan Ranch and so honored to visit there in September 2000.
